Eugene Chung

Eugene Chung is currently a venture capitalist at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where he focuses on investments in technology companies. Prior to NEA, Eugene worked in film production at Pixar Animation Studios with a team that included the makers of the Oscar-winning films The Incredibles and Up. Prior to Pixar, Eugene was at Warburg Pincus where he focused on private equity investments in the energy space. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
Eugene has had the privilege to be involved with a number of social enterprises and non-profits, including his work in the rural Philippines with Unitus, a global microfinance accelerator. He earned his BS degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
